Ordering Online And PickUp

 

How Do I Order Online

*PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE, YOUR ORDER CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SUBMITTING THE ORDER. If YOU DO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER THERE IS A $25 FEE CHARGE TO TAKE CARE OF PAPERWORK,CREDIT CARDS,ETC .

 

During the current COVID19 situation we would like to outline the procedure on how to order online and either pick up your items or have them shipped.

As you place your order your items will go to your shopping cart and you can see what your shipping charges will be (if wanting the items shipped). Once we receive your order we are trying to ship your items out within 1-2 business days but that could be delayed during busier times. 

If your placing an order that you want to pick up. Then once you get to Step 3 you will have a choice of either choosing to "Pick Up In Store" or Ship.

 

If you choose to pick up in our store,  you need continue to the checkout paying for your item. You then can pick up your item at our Amherst NH location nce you receive an email from us stating "Awaiting Pick Up". If you want to pick up the same business day please wait a minimum of 1 hour after the order is completed and you have received the email from us stating it's ready for pick up. Our current hours are M-F 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-4pm. Sundays we are closed.

We try and keep the site up to date as much as we can but in these busy times we can not always guarantee 100% there could not be an issue. It is not mandatory but if you are coming from as distance it's always a good idea to give a call.

Pick Up Procedures

Once you arrive please park in a  regular parking space (not in front of the store). Go to the cash register area with a copy of your order and order #. A J & J employee will then get your order and you will be required to sign off on paperwork showing you have picked up your order.

 

We can not do curbside pick up due to shortage of staff and insurance requirements. If you do not want to come in to the store we suggest you send someone else but keep in mind they must have a copy of your order or it will not be able to be released.

 

Also please keep in mind, at this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This means no item that goes out the door can be returned. If ordering onlineit can be cancelled if cancelled within 24 hours only. This current policy is due to the COVID19 virus.
